Story
For generations, the Phantomhive family has served under the Queen as a secret organization to protect the lands of Her reign. Two years ago, a fire burnt down the Phantomhive mansion, killing its master and mistress, and everyone inside that house...A few days later, when everyone thought that no one from the family survived, the only son of Count Phantomhive, Ciel Phantomhive reappeared, and together with him he brought back a black butler...
Ciel, aged 12, took his position as the new Count Phantomhive and continue his family business of the Funton Toy Factory as well as the darkness association directly under the Queen. His new butler, Sebastian, is actually a demon who signed a contract with Ciel to help him fulfill his wish, being at his side until Ciel decides to give his life up to the demon. Together with four servants, the Phantomhive family once stand up again against anyone who is disturbing the Queen's territory.
Characters
Ciel Phantomhive: A 12 year old kid who is the head of the Phantomhive family. He was the only survivor of a fire two years ago which took away his parents' lives. He continued surving the Queen for his personal reasons - to make the people who hurt the name of Phantomhive taste what they did.
Sebastian Michaels: He is a demon who signed a contract with Ceil to protect him and help his achieve his goals in exchange for his soul. For the time being Sebastian regard himself as only a butler who will obey whatever his master commands.
Bard: The "chief" chef of the Phantomhive household who thinks cooking is an art. He always results in blowing up the food together with the kitchen when he cooks.
Finni: A servant of the Phantomhive household who has no talent aside form his strength. He was brought in by Ciel two years ago and he worked hard for his master, but always resulting in breaking everything he touches.
Meirin: The only maid in the Phantomhive household. She has very bad eye sight but does not want to change her glasses because they were given to her by her master. She blushes easily when Sebastian saved her many times from falling while arranging the dishes.
Elizabeth: Ciel's fiancee which was determined by his parents when he was small. She is also his childhood friend and is always trying to find ways to make Ciel happy. She likes cute things a lot.
Madam Red: Ciel's aunt, who is the sister of his mother. Madam Red had loved Ciel's father for a long time, but Count Phantomhive chose her sister and Red gave in because she likes her sister as well. Her real name is Anne. She is named Madam Red due to her love for red things and her red hair.
Greil: Madam Red's butler who was clumsy and slow. However, being a butler is his fake identity. He is actually a shinigami (death god) who broke the rules of the death god association by modifying his death scythe and killing people not on his list. He killed Madam Red because she was not an "interesting" woman as he thought.
Lau: A tradesman who is mysterious and loves to pretend that he knows everything and go along with people's conversations when he doesn't know what they are talking about. He owns a Chinese restaurant with lots of pretty girls as waitress and he also does some secret underground trading.
Tanaka: One of the servants in the Phantomhive household, who is always seen drinking tea because he could do nothing in his "chibi" form. Once in a while he returns to his human form, but he could not last for very long before he turns back into a chibi.Gallery
