1. You must be the owner of the site you submitted, or, if you submit someone else's site, please let them know first.
2. It is okay no matter what language your site is in, but it must be a site related to Japanese animes.
3. You must have a link back to this site before applying. Kira will go and check before adding you to this site.
4. No hentai, porn or adult material in your site, it should be suitable for all ages.
5. Be sure to maintain your site and don't give me a link that will be dead for a long time. Dead links will be deleted after 2 weeks unless Kira is informed.
6. If your site is a forum, please advertise in our forum, the links on the index page are only for fan sites with contents and acceptable layouts (don't just submit a site with white background and black words).
