Story
Kotobuki Ran, the first Gal in Shibuya, was well known in all areas. She was energetic and liked to voice out her opinions whenever. Her best friend Miyu was always with her when they roamed around the streets. Aya joined her after an incident when she saved her and they became good friends. Ran's father had always wanted his daughter to become a successful policewoman like him and their ancestors. However, Ran's dream was to become the greatest Gal in all Japan. She always put on many accessories and followed the trend of fashion.Ran was a lazy student. He was always late for school and made up strange stories which could not fool the headroom teacher. She liked to go out to play in Shibuya and never think of the consequesnces. Her greatest rival at first, Mami Honda, had always had an eye on her for her sillyness and they fought often. During the last duel, Mami lost to Ran and they became sisters.
Time passed and they were almost at their graduation from high school. Ran didn't think much about her future, Miyu wanted to apply for scholarship and go into some short-term university and Aya had no problem going into university. No matter how hard the coming road was to be, they will never turn back nor forget their friendship.
Characters
Ran Kotobuki: 16 years old girl who wanted to become Shibuya's number 1 gal but her parents wanted her to become a policewoman. She was energetic and active and liked to get her butt into her friends' affairs.
Miyu Yamazaki: Ran's best friend who was a yankee at first but was saved by Ran's brother, Yamato. Miyu liked Yamato after that and they became lovers. Miyu was good at cooking and liked to keep everything to herself because she didn't want to hurt others.
Aya Hoshino: The number 1 student in the level who was a hard-working and pure girl. She became friends with Ran and Miyu after Ran stopped her from going out with old guys. She met Otohata and liked him because she thought he was kind and caring. She was a girl who was easily hurt by feelings.
Rei Otohata: The number 1 guy among gals, but he was cold and seldom cared about others. He didn't respond to Aya feelings and just left her thinking what she wanted. He said he liked Ran when Aya asked him. However, he finally accepted her and apologised.
Yuuya Asou: Number 2 guy among gals. He was Rei's best friend and they always go out together. During one encounter with Mami, he didn't know that Mami liked him, and he still thought that he liked Ran when he already didn't. He became Mami's boyfriend and good friend with Tatsuki.
Yamato Kotobuki: Ran's elder brother who was a police officer in Shibuya. He often caught Ran fighting and triggering fights in the streets and took her back to the police station. He liked Miyu a lot and tried his best to help her.
Kuroi Tatsuki: A guy from Machida who looked like a monkey. He met Ran when she was dancing ParaPara and they became lovers when Tatsuki confessed to her. His family owned a ramen shop in Machida and he had a younger brother named Naogi who changed his feelings very fast.
Mami Honda: Ran's greatest rival who was also an energetic girl with a strong will. She always had bad luck with guys, but she fell in love with Yuuya afterwards and followed him whenever she went.
Sayo Kotobuki: Ran's younger sister. She loved to play police games very much but always slipped and fell. She never listened to what the adults told her and loved to go by her own will. 
Masato Iwai: Sayo's classmate as well as her boyfriend. He always played police games with Sayo and was quite a playful guy.Gallery
