Story
Set 6 years after the events in the 2nd series, Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha As, Nanoha, Fate and Hayate are now three Rank S mages, working for the Time-Space Administration Bureau. Following Hayate's dream to make her own division that helps into all kind of disasters, including the Lost Logia cases, Fate and Nanoha together with their own trainees, create Riot Force 6. Unfortunately not all can go as planned, because uncontrolled Lost Logia will get in the way of Riot Force 6 and is up to Nanoha, Fate and Hayate to deal with them while training their new trainees and helping with other tasks that arise along the way.Characters
Takamachi Nanoha: Now at the age of 19, working as an experienced combat instructor who, with Raging Heart and her best friends, has done great work for the TSAB. She is the commander of the Forward Stars Squad of Lost Property Riot Force 6 despite her sweet and optimistic personality as an S+ rank mage, which is the third-highest possible ranking. She is the commander of the Forward Stars squad, comprising of Subaru and Teana. 
Fate Testarossa.Harlaown: She is now a Harlaown and Chrono’s younger sister since she was being adopted by Lindy Harlaown at the end of the previous series. Fate is still Nanoha's longtime best friend and was too ranked S+. She is the commander of the Riot Force 6's Forward Lightning Squad, which comprises of Erio and Caro. 
Yagami Hayate: A quiet and caring young woman who possesses one of the most fearsome Lost Logia that the universe has ever known. Ranked SS, the second highest rank that a mage can attain, she has a vast expanse of power that even the TSAB has trouble handling after all her years in the service. Lieutenant Colonel Yagami is the commanding officer of Riot Force 6, which she started, and is aided by Reinforce II, her unison device. 
Subaru Nakajima: A young woman who appears to use the modern-Belka magic system and currently achieved Rank B, which is that of an average mage, together with her intelligent device, Mach Caliber and Revolver Knuckle equipped with a Cartridge System. Subaru met Teana while in the military academy, and were paired up by their instructors due to the two being the only ones using non-standard devices. Subaru is extremely fast and strong, and had problems working alongside Teana during their training days as she had difficulty controlling her strength. Working under Nanoha as front attacker of the Stars Squad, she greatly idolizes her commander. 
Teana Lanster: Subaru's pigtailed roommate whose handgun-like device, Cross Mirage, uses a Cartridge System, and is considered a non-standard device despite being schooled in the Mid-Childa magic system. She can also control the direction of the magic bullets she shoots. Though she aspires to become a great Ground Combat Mage, her dream is to one day be able to take to the skies as a Sky Combat Mage. This feat will be very difficult for her because her magic ranking is considered too low and would make flight magic difficult. However, Teana is able to use magic to create illusions which is considered to be rare. She tends to take on the role of center guard in the Stars Squad. 
Erio Mondial: A boy whom Fate takes in and cares for and the guard wing of the Lightning Squad. His armed device is named Strada, a spear of electricity attribute. He uses the modern-Belka magic system, but is also able to perform some Mid-Childa mobile magics like Sonic Move. Erio was adopted by Lindy Harlaown four years prior to StrikerS, as Fate was legally too young to do so. He is currently a rank B mage and was also said to be an artificial human. Erio cares a lot for Caro and also shows signs of a romantic interest in her. 
Caro Ru Lushe: A girl with jewels on her gloves that are actually a new type of device, a "Boost Device" named Kerykeion. Though Caro is not proficient in attack magic, she is good at boost magic and can perform the unique summon magic. Her unique talent as a dragon summoner, whose powers is feared and resulted her being banished from her clan. Initially, the TSAB almost refused her because, though her talent was great, her skills were not refined. However, Fate took her on. Caro appears to have a slight romantic interest in Erio. She is currently a Rank C mage, and is assigned to the Lightning Squad as fullback. 
Signum: She is now the sub-commander of the Lightning Squad of the TSAB, working under Fate, who worked under Hayate. Unlike Vita, however, she did not participate in training the trainees, under the pretense that she is an old fashioned knight and can only teach to them is to get close to their enemies and rip them apart. However later, she accepted the request of Erio Mondial to spar with him. She promised Zest in the end to take care of Agito and Lutecia Alpino. 
Vita: She is now the sub-commander of the Stars Squad in the TSAB, working directly under Nanoha, who, in turn, obeys Hayate. She and the other Wolkenritter were kept close to Hayate and each other-- Shamal and Zafira are support. She shows that she is still hurt emotionally from the times she couldn't be there for Hayate and Nanoha, and will go to extreme levels to protect them. 
Reinforce II: Reinforce that has been accepted as a member of Hayate's task force in the Time-Space Administration Bureau. She holds the rank of Sergeant Major and serves as Hayate's SNCO/ Chief of Staff in Lost Property Management Division 6. She is capable to unifying with Vita and Signum to boost them in battle, although because of their incompatibility, their union is not as good as Hayate's. When unifying with them, their clothes change its color to white. 
Vivio Takamichi: After being found by Caro and Erio during their break, she was taken into Nanoha and Fate's care. Her most visible feature is heterochromia. She is actually a clone of the "Saint regina" of the ancient belka world, but in the end, Nanoha officially adopted her as own child. 
Ginga Nakajima: Subaru's older sister who belongs to Battalion 108 along with her father, Major Genya Nakajima. When fighting, she uses the intelligent device Blitz Caliber which has the same dynamics as Subaru's Mach Caliber. She joined TSAB in order to further investigate the death of her mother. 
Jail Scaglietti: A rogue scientist who collects powerful Lost Logia, for his ambitions. He is interested in Project F, which may be related to Project FATE and created the Gadget Drones, robots made to disrupt magic with their AMFs (Anti Magi-link Fields) and retrieve Relics for him, and the Numbers, female battle cyborgs. The first and eldest of the numbers, Uno, serves as his assistant. 
Uno: The oldest of the Numbers, has been Scaglietti's accomplice in many incidents. Her Inherent Skill allows her to obtain and process data without making use of conventional means, hence being undetectable. She also received mental implants to optimize her intel management and general mental reflexes. She is greatly respected by her sisters due to her seniority and none of them will disobey a direct order from her. 
Lutecia Alpino: She works for Jail Scaglietti as his mysterious superior and client, in the wish to revive her lost mother. Although her powers are somewhat similar to Caro’s, her summons are Belka-based, which makes her different from Caro’s Mid-Childa system. Lutecia's Boost Device is named Asclepius, and it has black and purple Boost Drives. 
Garyu: He is one of Lutecia's many insect droids but he resembles a human. He uses mainly physical attacks and is sometimes camouflaged. 
Zest Grangeitz: A mage travelling with Lutecia and Agito who is very mistrusting of Jail Scaglietti. He used to work under Regius Gaiz in a unit under the Capital City Defense Forces, along with Quint Nakajima and Megane Alpino. Back then the trio were investigating an incident involving Combat Cyborgs, but were attacked by the cyborgs, and Zest was presumed dead from the incident. 
Agito: She is an Ancient Belkan Unison Device without a master. Zest and Lutecia rescued her from rogue scientists who were experimenting on her. She then follows them after that. She has no memory of before she was found by them, and has sworn a rivalry with Reinforce II. In the end, Signum becomes her "master". Gallery
